I hate to say it, but technically summer is almost over. Yes, it’s that time of year again where all of the students are returning to school and here I am preparing for “endless summer” …well kind of. Now, just because summer is over doesn’t mean you have to neglect that summer bod that you worked so hard to attain in the first place.
Here are some of my favourite workout channels on YouTube for those days when you feel like you barely have enough time to take care of your basic needs, let alone some time for yourself. Many of the videos that I am including are quick and easy (well not really, but you get what I mean) and definitely my go-tos for busy days. I’ve tried out a number of workout videos online and these are the ones that I’ve found have the best results and keep me the most motivated!
One of my absolute faves for when you’re pinched for time. They squeeze in good effective exercises in very little time. I love ToneItUp because it feels like you’re working out with a couple of your closest girlfriends, even when you’re working out on your own! They make following their workouts super enjoyable!
XHIT has a large variety of cardio, HITT and strength building workouts. I find that the videos are super engaging and keep me focused on the workout (because let’s be real, there are a lot of workout channels out there that are SO dull). Rebecca Louise is one of my favourite trainers from their group!
PopSugar has some really great cardio workout videos and you can pair many of them together to customize your own workout.
Rachella’s channel is also really good for fitting in a cardio workout in between work and dinner, events or what have you.
5. Laura Varney
Laura has some great exercises and a beautiful YouTube channel! I do love some of her workouts but if you like doing the full workout with the trainer and don’t trust yourself to follow through on your own, I’d recommend some of the other channels! Laura structures her videos by demonstrating the exercises and then leaving it up to you, something that doesn’t work as well for everyone.
I’d love to hear which ones are your favourites and if you have any other reccos!
